Writing a wellbeing feature about the benefits of spending time outdoors for The Week Junior magazine. The article was written during the school summer holidays and encouraged the readers, age 8-14 years, to get outside at least once a day. It looked at how being outdoors is good for your mental health, with quotes and advice from Woodcraft Folk. It also talked about the benefits of outdoor activities for getting fit, improving skills and confidence, and ideas for spending more time outside with friends, such as organising scavenger hunts.
