Researching and writing a wellbeing feature about the benefits of nature, aimed at young people age 8-14 years. The article was written for The Week Junior magazine in a positive, uplifting tone of voice. It talked about what nature means, and how building a closer connection to the natural world can improve your wellbeing. With references and quotes from the Mental Health Foundation charity and a young reader, the article explained how even a small dose of nature can boost your mood, and included tips for feeling closer to nature.
